  • How do I access the resources I purchased?
    The resources you purchase from Teacher Resource Cabin are digital downloads, for you to print yourself or use digitally. Nothing will be physically mailed to you. After placing an order, you will get an email sent to the email address associated with the order. This email should arrive almost immediately after the order is placed. The email is titled "Thanks for shopping with us!". Check your Promotions/Spam folder in case it accidentally ended up there. In that email, there is a download link for each of the items you ordered.
  • Do the download links for the resources I purchased expire?
    Yes, the download links expire after 30 days. We are able to resend the links to you and they will be active again. Send us an email at teacherresourcecabin@gmail.com to receive the links. We strongly recommend storing the files on a USB stick or in Google Drive or a similar online platform, so you can access the files indefinitely. We try our best, but we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to resend the links in a timely manner. We are not responsible for lost files.
  • Can I share a resource I purchased with another teacher?
    No, sorry! As per our Terms of Use, our resources are licensed for use by only the teacher who purchased the resource. If you'd like to purchase a resource, plus additional licenses to share with another teacher, please visit our Store on TeachersPayTeachers. Additional licenses are sold at a lower cost.
  • What if my file isn't printing correctly?
    First, check the file type. If it's a ZIP file, you'll need to unzip the file before you can print the contents. For PDFs, especially ones with a lot of graphics, sometimes the file will look fine on your screen, but not print correctly. Common issues are margins being cut off or black boxes appearing around clip art. Please be sure that you're opening the PDF with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on a PC or Preview on a Mac. Then, in the printer settings, check the "Print as Image" box and "Shrink Oversized Pages" or "Scale to Fit." Please contact us directly via e-mail for further support with any technical issues.
  • Do you have digital versions of your workbooks available?
    All of our resources are digital PDF downloads. To find interactive digital versions of our resources for use with remote learners in a virtual classroom, please visit our Store on TeachersPayTeachers. On TPT, all of our workbooks are set up and ready to go in TPT Easel, which gives you a link you can provide to students to enable them to fill out the PDF.   • Do you sell your resources in CAD and USD?

  • What is your refund policy?
    The resources you purchase from Teacher Resource Cabin are delivered electronically. Unlike a physical book or t-shirt, you can't return a PDF or other digital file after it's been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales of digital resources from Teacher Resource Cabin are considered final and non-refundable. Please contact us directly via e-mail for further support with any issues.
  • Can I purchase a gift card? How does it work?
    Yes! We have gift cards available for purchase in any amount available here: https://www.teacherresourcecabin.com/gift-card Teacher Resource Cabin (TRC) gift cards never expire. Recipients of a TRC gift card can redeem it for any PreK-12 instructional resource on the site, within the amount you specified (up to $500). Discount codes can't be applied to gift card purchases. All gift card sales are final. Gift cards can’t be redeemed for cash value. We are not able to replace lost or stolen gift card codes.
