This BUNDLE includes 28 STEM Activities for Grade 5 students, aligned with the NEW 2022 Ontario Science curriculum. Activities for all four Grade 5 Science units are included: Forces Acting on Structures, Properties of and Changes in Matter, Conservation of Energy and Resources, and Human Health and Body Systems.

 

In the Ontario Science curriculum, STEM learning takes place in the context of learning related to the Life Systems, Matter and Energy, Structures and Mechanisms, and Earth and Space Systems strands, and it should be assessed and evaluated within these contexts.

 

A teacher guide is included with a table of contents overview, allowing you to find the experiment/investigation you want to do and to quickly prep the materials you need. Each experiment/investigation is 4 pages long (instructions and worksheets for students). Each experiment can be completed in approximately 40 minutes.
