This project is intended as a culminating task for Grade 7 Geography - Physical Patterns in a Changing World.
In this project, students will demonstrate what they have learned in the Physical Patterns in a Changing World geography unit. This will cover topics such as types of landforms, climate regions, natural disasters, water sources, climate change, and more. They will showcase their knowledge by creating an original board game. The contents, rules, and design elements should showcase their understanding of the unit, while also being fun and engaging.
For research, students can use notes that they took during the unit, their geography textbook, other non-fiction texts, or online sources.
