This is a creative task where students will design their own environmental superheroes. It is a perfect way to celebrate Earth Day! Using the worksheets, students will brainstorm ideas for their superhero, develop a design, consider the issues their superhero will tackle, and list ways they can be an environmental superhero at their school.
 
The final task for this assignment invites the students to create a superhero design and glue the template to a recycled cardboard toilet paper roll. Students can use construction paper to make a cape or any other special item for their superhero. Students can present their superhero design to the class when complete.
